Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This ensures that all returns are processed while the products are in their best condition.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

Were shipped directly from Urban Cottons
Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
Were received as incorrect items
Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Items that have been worn (except for trying on)
Products with removed tags or packaging
Customized or personalized items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions

Refund Process

Step 1: Return Request

Contact us at ask@urbancottons.com to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorization

Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and shipping label.

Step 3: Package Preparation

Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Step 4: Shipping

Send the package to our returns department at:

Step 5: Refund Processing

Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Important Notes

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
For orders with multiple items, we will only refund for returned items, not the entire order.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.
